General T&C For Public
1.1 Anyone entering the Festival grounds declares to have agreed to these General Terms and Conditions upon purchasing their tickets.
2.1 For security reasons, visitors holding a day pass leaving the Festival grounds will not be allowed to re-enter the grounds.
2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to prosecute any holder of forged Taste of Vadodara admission tickets or bracelets.
3.1 Taste of Vadodara tickets or bracelets are neither refundable nor exchangeable for another type of ticket, day or weekend.
3.2 Stolen or lost Taste of Vadodara tickets or bracelets will not be refunded. The visitor is responsible to take care of his own ticket.
4.1 Admission to the Taste of Vadodara may be denied, and visitors may be ejected from the Taste of Vadodara (without any entitlement to a refund of the admission price) if a visitor: (the following list is non-exhaustive):
- is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- is in the possession of or deals in drugs.
- was previously refused admission to other events / meetings by the Organizer or other authorities.
- shows behavior or wears clothing that is evidently aimed at disturbing the peace.
- provoking, or inciting to violence, hate, anger, xenophobia, race hate, etc.
- puts the lives of other visitors at risk.
- is in the possession of banned objects.
- refuses to be searched/patted down by security personnel.
- refuses or fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions.
5.1 Visitors may be searched or patted down by security personnel before being allowed admission to Taste of Vadodara. Security personnel may ask ticket holders of the same sex to subject themselves to a pat down and/or search of their clothes and luggage in order to intercept banned objects. If any banned objects are found, the security personnel will be entitled to confiscate the object and to refuse the owner admission to the Festival.
6.1 Access control is in conformity with the applicable laws and is aimed at preventing weapons or hazardous substances that may disrupt the goings-on at Taste of Vadodara or put the safety of the visitors at risk.
The following items are banned from the Taste of Vadodara :
- Bringing your own food and drinks.
- Drugs or other illegal mind-enhancing substances.
- Deodorant or perfume in containers larger than 100ml
- Any other objects (umbrellas, parasols, camera tripods, laser pens, etc. …) of which the security personnel decide that they pose a risk to the other visitors of the festival.
- Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gas form.
- Flammable products or materials & spray cans.
- Pyrotechnical objects (fireworks, torches, etc.).
- Any other weapons or sharp, pointy objects (sticks, chains, knives, …).
- Banners or items bearing discriminating and/or provocative texts or expressions.
- that may be used in an attempt to disrupt the peace, or that may endanger the.
- safety of the crowd and/or may cause injuries or damage to people and goods.
- Animals (except for guide dogs).
7.1 Visitors to Taste of Vadodara are not allowed to:
- Climb on tents, constructions, fences, light bridges, benches, or any other structures on the festival grounds.
- Disguise themselves in order to make themselves unrecognizable with the intention to disturb the peace or put the safety of the other visitors at risk.
- Sell food, drinks or other products without the express permission of the Organizer.
- Throw or shoot objects in solid, liquid or gas form.
- Smoke where smoking is banned.
- Urinate in public.
- Park a vehicle without an official parking sticker issued by the Organizer. Cars may be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Tearing down, breaking, or trashing decorations.
- Steal decorations or any other material belonging to Taste of Vadodara.
- Make fire.
- Crowd surfing.
8.1 Wearing texts, symbols, objects, clothes and/or other (visible) external expressions explicitly representing a political, social movement, or group is prohibited. Anything that hints at discrimination, incitement, or racism is strictly prohibited.
9.1 Anyone who is present at the Taste of Vadodara grounds must obey the instructions and directions of the Organizer or its authorized representatives at the festival and/or camping sites at all times, in order to ensure the public order and safety during the Festival.
10.1 For safety reasons the Organizer reserves the right:
- to interrupt or discontinue the Festival.
- to prevent visitors at the Taste of Vadodara grounds from leaving the festival grounds until further notice.
- to ask visitors to leave the Taste of Vadodara ground.
- to refuse visitors admission to the Taste of Vadodara grounds, even if they possess a valid admission ticket.
10.2 The Organizer may find himself forced to change or alter the Festival program. In this event the admission ticket will remain valid and no admission tickets will be refunded or exchanged.
10.3 Through these General Terms and Conditions, the Organizer informs all visitors of the fact that the Organizer collects data to prevent or detect unlawful behavior, to protect or enforce legal rights and for security reasons. This concerns the following personal data: first name, last name, date of birth and country of residence.Where permitted by law, the Organizer may also share these personal data (first name, last name, date of birth and country of residence) to government agencies or other authorized bodies, to protect or enforce his rights or the rights of third parties, or in the detection and prevention of fraud or other crimes. These government agencies or authorized bodies may give the Organizer a negative advice concerning the access of a ticket holder. In this case the Organizer refuses a ticketholder admission to the event or evicts that person from the Festival. The ticket holder will not have any right to compensation of damages.
10.4 To be able to execute your purchase, the Organizer needs to share your data with third parties. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you explicitly give consent to share your data with the following parties for the following objectives.
10.4.1 The Organizer may share your data with the following objectives :
- Booking of hotels, trains, busses and flights (only in case of Global Journey Packages).
- Cashless top-ups, cashless payments at the Festival and cashless refunds.
- Where permitted by law criminal records of ticket holders can be checked by the government agencies and in case of a negative advice by these government agencies, ticket holders can be blocked from the Festival. The Organizer will never get access to any criminal records nor do profiling.
- Customer service by the Organizer and their ticket providers.
- Printing of among others hard tickets (only in case you receive hard tickets).
- Reporting and statistics about visitors.
- Security, safety and health measurements.
- Ticket and payment processing.
10.5 By entering the Taste of Vadodara grounds, all visitors automatically consent to being photographed or filmed and herewith grant the Organizer permission to use and/or broadcast these digital images. The Organizer may use these digital images for promotional and/or commercial purposes related to Taste of Vadodara. In addition, these images may be used by commercial and/or (media) partners. Images may furthermore be recorded and stored by the police and/or Organizer for maintaining and enforcing the security on the festival grounds, and to prevent, investigate and punish crimes and breaches of the General Terms and Conditions by establishing the identity of the perpetrators using these digital images.
10.6 The Festival grounds are under camera surveillance in accordance with the Act of 21 March 2018.
10.7 All visitors are entitled to object, free of charge, to the use of their data by notifying the Organizer of their objection in writing (firstname.lastname@example.org). All visitors may furthermore request the Organizer in writing to change, modify or delete their personal data.
10.8 All photographs and film shot by visitors on the festival grounds may only be used for commercial or public purposes with the prior written consent of the Organizer.
11.1 All visitors to the Festival are therefore required to cooperate with keeping the site clean and tidy, including by using the waste collection points on the festival grounds, and the parking lots.
12.1 The Organizer and/or the official ticket seller reserve the right to cancel Taste of Vadodara tickets if it is established that the tickets were purchased illegally or fraudulently via third parties or third-party websites. All expenses relating to the cancellation will be recovered from the Main buyer. The Organization reserves the right to take legal action or hand over the case to the relevant authorities.
13.1 It is prohibited to distribute flyers or hang up posters within or outside the Festival grounds during the Festival. Visitors wishing to promote their own events may contact Organizer or drop an e-mail at email@example.com
14.1 All directions and instructions given by the security personnel must be obeyed immediately. If possession of banned or dangerous weapons is suspected, the security personnel will be entitled to make a search. Refusal to submit to a search may result in being removed from the event.
15.1 Official Taste of Vadodara Fashion & Merchandise is only sold on the Festival ground, via the official Taste of Vadodara webstore and in shops selected by Taste of Vadodara.
16.1 The visitor expressly agrees to indemnify the Organizer against any liability for damage caused to, theft of, or other accidents occurring with vehicles or persons on the official Festival parking lots.
17.1 The Organizers are solely liable for direct damage suffered by a visitor that is directly and solely caused by a breach on the part of the Organizer. However, only damages for which the Organizer is insured and in respect of which the insurer is willing to pay is eligible for compensation. Excluded from compensation are: (i) consequential damage, (ii) immaterial damage (iii) and intentional damage or damage caused by willful recklessness of the visitor.
17.2 All visitors enter the parking areas and the Festival grounds at their own risk, in the sense that the Organizer is not liable for any damage caused in connection with entering or being on the grounds and/or attending concerts, such as hearing damage, eye damage, and other physical disorders.
17.1 The Organizer may only cancel or postpone the Festival in the event of force majeure or if the Organizer has another demonstrable compelling reason to cancel or postpone the Festival. Force majeure events include but are not limited to: terrorist threats, terrorist attacks, inclement weather, strikes, fire, war, government intervention, pandemics, illness of artists, failure of and/or delays in technical facilities, failure of and/or delays in means of transport, etc.
T&C For Exhibitor's
1.1 The submission of an application form implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and any addition, variation or amendment as is reasonably required.
1.2 “Organizer” means Keizer Entertainment, its employees, contractors and agents.
1.3 “The Venue” means Satyanarayan Lawns and its staff.
1.4 “The Event” means the Taste of Vadodara.
1.5 “Stallholder”, “Trader” or “Exhibitor” means any person or organization allocated space to trade at the Event.
1.6 Acceptance by the Organizer of an Exhibitor’s application grants the Exhibitor license to trade at the Event on the following terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms and conditions will render this License null and void, and in that event, the Organizer reserves the right to remove the Exhibitor and any of their possessions from the Venue without compensation or refund of the License fee.
1.7 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any application, or part thereof, without stating a reason.
1.8 Once an Exhibitor’s application has been accepted there are no refunds.
2. Event Details & Times (The following times are provisional and will be confirmed nearer to the event).
2.1 All stalls must be set up by the advertised start time. Access may be gained from noon or earlier as advised on your confirmation. You are not to clear away until the advertised finished time.
2.2 Car parks open to the public at 06.30pm.
2.3 Event opens to the public at 06.30pm.
2.4 Last admission for the public is at 11.00pm.
2.5 Event closes at 12.00am.
3. STAND LOCATION, PRESENTATION AND MERCHANDISE
3.1 beyond the agreed stall size booked The Exhibitor shall not extend.
3.2 Exhibitors will be emailed set up instructions prior to the Event including who to contact regarding set-up along with the event information, ID cards and vehicle passes which will be sent out 1 week prior to the event.
3.3 The allocation and position of space is entirely at the Organizer’s discretion.
3.4 All Exhibitors will be charged a stall rent to trade during the Event. The rent for each stall includes entry pass for stallholders/staff as outlined on the booking form.
3.5 Exhibitors may not sub-contract any part of their stalls.
3.6 All stalls are to be set up in an attractive manner.
3.7 The Venue has a reputation for quality and Exhibitors’ stalls should be well presented and reflect the theme of the Event.
3.8 The Exhibitor must only sell goods specified in their application. Any changes to the application form must be made in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the Event.
3.9 Any stall holder serving food other than those on their original application form may be asked to remove them immediately.
3.10 Exhibitors cannot sell or provide free water in any form what so ever.
3.11 The Organizer reserves the right to demand removal from sale of any item deemed unsuitable for the Event without paying any compensation to Exhibitor.
3.12Exhibitors are responsible for “policing” the products that they are selling or sampling. It is an Exhibitors’ responsibility to ensure that the public are aware of any adverse consequences that sampling products may result in.
3.13 Exhibitors should check that their tables are erected correctly and must not do anything to encroach upon other exhibitors’ access. Exhibitors must leave their stall clean and tidy at the end of the each day. Rubbish must be removed when you leave the site every day.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Submission of an application form does not guarantee attendance at the Event. The Organizer will select Exhibitors based on their suitability for the Event and their likely appeal to visitors.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any application, or part thereof, at any time, without stating a reason. The Organizer’s decision is final in this regard and no reasons for the rejection of an application will be given.
4.3 VFE should give us guarantee to provide allbooked stalls for entire duration of the event.
4.4 The Event organizer will vet applications to ensure a reasonable standard of workmanship and to avoid excessive duplication of any one kind of product.
4.5 If selected to attend the Event, Exhibitor will be requested to pay the booking fee in full.
4.6 The Exhibitor will be contacted by telephone in the first instance for payment.
4.7 Cheque payment: All Cheque payments are taken in the strictest confidence. Stall can be considered booked once the amount is deposited in the account.Cheque should be in favor of KEIZER ENTERTAINMENT.
4.8 Invoices (inclusive of GST) will be sent after confirmation and payment, via post or email as a receipted invoice.
4.9If the event is cancelled by the organizer in circumstances that are out of control. The Organizer will not be liable for any other losses or costs incurred by the Exhibitor.
4.10GST is applicable at the current rate.
5. HEALTH AND SAFETY
5.1 It is the responsibility of each individual Exhibitor and their staff to ensure that their stall is safe - e.g. electrical installations, stability of heavy equipment and articles and other hazards.
5.2 The Organizer reserves the right to insist upon the repositioning or removal of any item that is deemed to be unsafe. Exhibitors are reminded of their responsibilities under Health and Safety Law. Please note Under 18’s will not be allowed to work or volunteer on a stall.
5.3 The right of inspection is reserved by the event organizers and the environmental health officer before, during, and after the festival.
5.4 BBQs and fires; Fires in exhibits should not be lit unless by stall staff. BBQ’s and fires must be off ground and maintain safe distance. Fires and BBQs must not be left unattended at any time. When working with any fire you should provide a suitable Fire Extinguisher. Where cooking facilities are being used, you must provide at least one fire blanket. In the event of a fire, call 101/alert security/Keizer Entertainment staff and evacuate the area to the nearest assembly point.
5.5 Any Exhibitor must be able to demonstrate to the Organizer that a comprehensive current Risk Assessment has been carried out.
5.6 The Exhibitor will indemnify and keep indemnified the Organizer against all actions, proceedings, costs, claims and demands which may be brought or made against the Organizer in respect of personal injury and damage to property arising directly out of the activities in connection with the Event, legal liability of the Organizer excepted.
5.7 In the event of any abandonment, postponement or limitation of an Event, or of services thereto, there shall be no claim against the Organizer.
5.8 The Exhibitor acknowledges that the Organizer is not responsible nor holds any liability for any financial losses incurred by the Exhibitor, or for any loss or damage of equipment, goods or personal belongings, or personal injury of employees working for or connected to them.
5.9 No damage to the Venue, beyond normal wear and tear, is acceptable. The disposal of boiling water, oils, brines, waste products etc. at the Venue is strictly forbidden. Any damage will incur a repair charge.
6.1 The Organizer will provide security to operate across the Venue as appropriate but Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their stock, vehicles and stand, and the Organizer accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to Exhibitors' equipment, merchandise, vehicles or personal belongings.
7. VEHICLES/VECHICLE MOVEMENT/PARKING
7.1 Vehicles must be parked in designated area 45 minutes before the event gates open.
7.2 Exhibitors will NOT be permitted to park vehicles near their stalls. Service vehicles must remain in the designated Exhibitor car park.
7.3 Access from the designated Exhibitor car park to the main road and vehicle movement on site during the Event opening hours will be restricted to emergencies only and all moving vehicles must be escorted by a steward. Please follow the Organizer’s instructions on the day and unload and vacate the Event site as quickly and considerately as possible.
7.4 Further instructions regarding vehicle movement will be provided with set up information.
8. USE OF OWN EQUIPMENT
8.1 All electrical equipment must have been tested for electrical safety by a competent person within last twelve months and be clearly marked with the test results. Exhibitors will not be permitted to use or connect any equipment that is either deemed unsuitable by the Organizer or does not carry a recent certificate or sticker. A current Test Certificate may be requested.
8.2 The use of individual generators for power supply is strictly forbidden.
8.3 Exhibitors must use the skips and recycling facilities available for proper disposal of rubbish. All rubbish and recycling must be cleared up and takenwith you.
8.4 The Organizer does not provide dustbins for stallholders. Exhibitors who expect to generate a lot of rubbish should provide their own receptacles and ensure they dispose of all rubbish at the end of each Event day.
9.1 The Organizer reserves the right to reduce or curtail any excess noise created by an Exhibitor if it is deemed to be affecting other exhibitors or Event activities. PA systems are not allowed on any stand.
9.2 Exhibitors must not use any loudspeaker apparatus, microphones, noisy engines or other offensive practices likely to cause disturbance or annoyance to adjoining exhibitors. Music/radios should not be played at any time.
9.3 The venue and the Organizer reserves the right to exclude or eject any person from the Event if it reasonably considers the behavior of such person to be objectionable, a risk to health and safety, likely to cause any damage or will bring Venue or Organizer into disrepute.
10. No pets are allowed in the venue.
11.1 Smoking ispermitted in only in designated area provided by the organizer.Failure to do so can cause removal from the property.
It is exhibitors responsibly to report their earning to income tax and GST departments. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all government tax laws and liabilities.
13. FOOD REGULATION
13.1 Food provided as part of a commercial activity is governed by food laws. Hygiene, handling, packaging, storage, display, surfaces and disposal of waste/exposure to contamination - for food and associated equipment, must all meet the required standards. Fresh goods should be covered by spit guards/appropriate food covers at the event and should be appropriately stored/refrigerated overnight and in pest proof containers.
14. CANCELLATION (by exhibitor)
14.1 If exhibitor wishes to cancel the Booking, this must be advised to organizers verbally in the first instance followed by written notice of cancellation via email. The Cancellation Notice shall be effective, final and binding on the Working Day on which it is received.
14.2 All the bookings amount paid is non refundable regardless of cancellation date.
14.3 No refund will be given if the event is cancelled by the Organizer after opening due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. – Rain, Wind Storm, Riots, Fire, or any other natural or manmade disasters)
14.4 The Organizer may only cancel or postpone the Festival in the event of force majeure of if the Organizer has another demonstrable compelling reason to cancel or threats, terrorist attacks, inclement weather, strikes, fire, war, government intervention, pandemics, illness of artists, failure of and/or delays in technical facilities, failure of and/or delays in means of transport, etc.
15. DATA PROTECTION & CONFIDENTIALITY
15.1 The Organizers comply with the Data Protection Act and any subsequent changes to Data Protection legislation. All information supplied by the Exhibitor to the Organizer shall be used only for the performance of this Agreement, shall be kept confidential and shall be revealed to directors, officers, employees, servants and agents of each party only to the extent necessary to enable such party to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities pursuant to the contract.
15.2 All personal information provided by the Exhibitors on the Exhibitor Application Form will be held by the Organizers. Exhibitors have the right to access and correct their personal information in addition to requesting that their personal information is deleted from the Organizers records.
15.3The Exhibitor agrees not to supply to any third party any information that it receives from the Organizer which has not been made available to the general public. Such information includes but is not limited to information about the Exhibition visitors, other exhibitors, and the pricing of the Stall Space.
General FAQ's For Ticketing
Q. Is the tickets valid for one day only? Is it a single entry ticket?
Ans. Each tickets allow entry only for the date for which it has been purchased. Tickets are single entry only and no re-entry will be allowed into the venue.
Q. What all does the ticket include?
Ans. Ticket price are only includes the entry/access to the event.
Q . Do we need to pay for food and beverages or other activities inside the event or is it included in the tickets?
Ans. Yes food and beverages as well as other activities are not included in the ticket price and must be paid for separately. Tickets price only includes the enter/access to the event.
Q. Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Ans. You can buy tickets at the box office at the venue. To avoid the possibility of missing out or standing in long queues. we would strongly advise you to purchase them online.
Q. How and where do i collect my tickets?
Ans. Tickets purchased online do not require physical tickets. Tickets purchased from the box office at the venue will be given physically.
Q. will I need to carry a photo id along for ticket verification purposes?
Ans. Yes. A government issued valid ID i.e PAN card, Driver’s License, Aadhar Card.
Q. Are there additional charges for booking a ticket online?

Q. Is there parking at the events? Is it chargeable? Can you pre-book parking?
Ans. Yes there will be parking adjacent to the venue. Parking slots are limited and available on first come first basis and will be chargeable. You cannot pre-book parking slots.
Q. Is this a child friendly event?
Ans. Zomaland is a designed for visitors of all ages! Children Below the age of 10 have free entry when accompanied by an adult user.
Q. Can i drink eatables or drinks in to the event?
Ans. No outside eatables or drinks will be allowed inside the venue.
Q. will there be any ATM machine on site?
Ans. There will be ATM machine(s) on the site. However we Advise you to carry adequate cash as per your requirement.
Q. Are cigarettes, e-cigarettes and vape pens allowed at the event?
Ans. Zomaland is a not smoking event vape pens & E-cigarettes are also prohibited.
Q. Are strollers allowed inside the venue?
Ans. Yes, Strollers will be allowed for all kids below for all kids below the age of 4.
